There are so many amazing sites out there. Kudos to Tracy Poelzer (our .5 technology coordinator) who has found a lot of these for me........In no particular order (sadly) - they just wouldn't fit into my other pages....
1. Rubistar ..... one of my favourite places to find or create Rubrics. A great way to assess
2. SMARTboard Revolution - lots of SMART resource links

6. If you love webquests, Zunal has a lot of great ones.
7. The Government of Canada has lots of great educational websites.

17. Curriki - this is an awesome site with lots of Notebook lessons in all sorts of subject areas
18. Web 2.0 tools for teachers A lady names Joyce Valenza put this together. There are many interesting tools to use.
19 iPL2 - this is a site by librarians that has a ton of resources on it. Definitely American but lots of good stuff.
20. Community Learning Network - searchable by subject, theme, or area of interest
21. If you like webquests, this site is one of the best. WebQuest.org is easily searchable.
22. Try Flexbooks if you are looking for some online textbooks.
23. WatchKnow is an excellent site for educational videos on a wide variety of topics....try it free..
24. Solaro is a relatively new website that has tons of ideas on Language Arts, Math and Science. It is available free to schools and is CANADIAN (yay)! Each lesson is geared to our provincial learning outcomes. Try it, you won't be disappointed. P.S. Absolutely excellent tech support here.....

26. Mrs. J's Math Page - almost everything you can want or need here to work on math.
27. Learner.org's Interactives Page - an absolute ton of learning activities here. Great with the SMARTboard
28 Jump Math - a great resource to check out. Set to Western Standards....
29. Literature Learning Ladders - lots of reading/writing ideas here
30. Top Documentary Films - a variety of subjects here......excellent to watch.
31. Science with Me - a great resource for up to grade 7 - lots of topics here - need to create an account but it is free
32. AzarGrammar - a great resource...can print off what you need...has each section and an answer key!
