This week we start our new novel study in language arts, we will finish up our introduction to debates, and we will carry on with our writing program. In Math, we have been learning about geometry and this will carry on for at least another couple of weeks before we move on to motion geometry. For P.E. this is our last week of badminton before we move on to track and field. In HACE we have been learning about basic first aid and we will be studying legal and illegal substances and addictions starting soon. In Science, the students have had an introduction to basic cell structure and this week we will learn all about microscopes before we study some live and dead cells. If anyone has a power bar that they could donate to the school, it would be much appreciated. I did buy some but I am one short in order for all the microscopes to be used at the same time.
Welcome to another week. Here we go into the busy season of track and field (very soon). Our weeks start to get crazy busy and it appears to be a downhill roller coaster ride to the end of June.
